I am a partner in charge of Grassi & Co’s Healthcare services practice and Small Business practice. Area’s I focus on related to the Healthcare field include fee analysis, E&M utilization, medical practice valuations, EOB analysis, procedure coding analysis, strategic medical business planning, physician compensation formulas, HMO contract reviews, medical practice mergers and breakups, new practice set-ups, and computer automation. Additionally as a CPA I handle the tax , accounting and auditing, and bookkeeping services for the firms healthcare clients as well as a number of other industries including professional services firms, Real Estate companies, and construction companies.Mr. Pellitteri is a member and current chairman of the Medical Committee for the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, in addition to being a member of the Federal Tax Committee, and New York State and local Tax Committee.
