Lee’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Real Estate and Business Law, and Trust & Estates. The firm represents all types of clients in a wide range of matters, including real estate purchases, leasing and financing, corporate and commercial transactions and drafting and negotiating employment agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and other commercial agreements. Lee also handles business entity formations (incorporations, LLCs, LLPs partnerships, etc.), preparation of sales order terms and conditions, preparation of trusts and wills and probate and administration proceedings. Lee graduated from Brooklyn Law School with a JD, and obtained a BBA from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration.
